When will I get my reward?
Once the person you have referred visits and gets a service of minimum $30 at the salon, you would be eligible for your reward.
Can I refer more than one person?
Absolutely. Refer all your friends, family members and co-workers. Each successful referral entitles you to a discount.
Does my reward expire?
Rewards must be used within one year's time from the date of referral.
I am getting an error that the number is already referred or an existing customer. Can you pls explain?
Here at Charizma Salon LLC, our goal is to meet new people. The referral program is designed to give credit to our existing customers to give us an opportunity to meet these new people. If the person you are trying to refer is already an existing customer or has already been referred to by someone else, then that referral is not applicable.
So hurry and provide all your referrals.
I am getting an error that there was a problem saving your referral. What do I do?
Technology can sometimes be challenging.

When do I start accumulating rewards?
The referral program has been launched on 1st Dec 2023. Any referrals provided on and after 1st Dec 2023 will be applicable provided these referrals are provided by filling up this form on this website.
I referred many people but did not get any discount for my service. Why is that ?
The reward becomes available once the person you have referred visits the salon for the first time and gets a service of minimum $30 (after any discount). If your referee has so far not visited the salon or has not spent enough, the reward will not be credited to your account.
Terms and Conditions
- Charizma Salon LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time.
- Rewards cannot be stacked or combined with other promotions.
- Reward must be claimed within 1 year of referral.
- Reward can be used towards services only. The amount cannot be adjusted towards products, sales tax or shipping and handling fees. The reward does not have any cash value.
- Charizma Salon LLC reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program for any customer at any time, with or without cause. In such instance, any accumulated rewards will be forfeited.
Privacy
At Charizma Salon LLC, we take privacy of our customers very seriously. The information collected from you is used to maintain the referral program details & are not sold to other entities. We might share the information with our marketing affiliates to facilitate operations of the referral program.
Misprints and Errors
We endeavour to provide current and accurate information at Charizma Salon LLC online and in-store regarding the offers and transactions available to you. Nevertheless, errors and misprints occur. Accordingly, we reserve the right to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any transaction for which the price or offer details were incorrectly displayed or for which any other erroneous or inaccurate information was provided. We reserve the right to do this at any time during the transaction process, including after a transaction has been submitted and even if the transaction has been confirmed by us. Under no circumstances are we obligated to process or complete any transaction based on any error, misprint or otherwise.
