How do I use my rewards?
Simply inform the cashier at checkout before payment.
How long are the points valid for?
Points expiry after 365 days of last puchase/service.
Terms and Conditions
- Charizma Salon LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
- Points can be redeemed in multiples of 15, for $5 value.
- The number of points a customer has are stored electronically. If you see any discrepancy, please bring it to the attention of the cashier. Your points, purchase & return history will be reviewed. The decision of the officer of Charizma Salon LLC will be final.
- Loyalty program points do not accumulate on discounted items, shipping and handling cost and sales tax.
- Charizma Salon LLC reserves the right to cancel the Loyalty Program for any customer at any time, with or without cause. In such instance, any accumulated points will be forfeited.
Privacy
At Charizma Salon LLC, we take privacy of our customers very seriously. The information collected from you is used to maintain the loyalty program details & are not sold to other entities. We do share your information with our marketing affiliates to facilitate operations of the loyalty program.
Misprints and Errors
We endeavour to provide current and accurate information at Charizma Salon LLC online and in-store regarding the offers and transactions available to you. Nevertheless, errors and misprints occur. Accordingly, we reserve the right to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any transaction for which the price or offer details were incorrectly displayed or for which any other erroneous or inaccurate information was provided. We reserve the right to do this at any time during the transaction process, including after a transaction has been submitted and even if the transaction has been confirmed by us.
